Every chair and sofa (with the exception of dining chairs and the elements range) utilizes 'No Sag' metal sprung bases Other cane furniture may have rubber strapping that will stretch and sag after time making the seating inconsistent. The furniture we supply uses Galvanized Steel Springs guaranteeing comfort year after year. Supplied with leather binding offering the most flexible and long lasting option.
Cushion Fabrics
The selected range of fabrics for cushions changes each year in response to fashions and trends. Exclusive designs, textures and patterns from worldwide textile manufacturers are chosen in colours to enhance the furniture and frames in the range. Cushion covers are British made from this selection. Whether printed cotton, lighter weight Grade A fabric or more expensive heavier chenille Grade B fabric, all comply with the BS2543 minimum standard for general domestic use. All fabrics are supplied with the fire retardant coating to BS 5852 Part 1 and Bs5651 and May be purchased separately by the metre for customers wishing to produce curtains and other soft furnishings. Fabrics from previous years may sometimes be available, subject to availability.
